Key Account Executive

**Working location: KL, Sentral**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
- Develop strategic account plans to grow revenue, increase profitability, and achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and products/services are delivered effectively
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide regular reports to management on key account performance, sales metrics, and market insights
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2-7 years of experience in key account management or sales
- Proven track record of successfully managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Should have minimum 2 years of experience in staffing or recruitment industry in Malaysia market.
- Should understand IT skills and terminologies.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
