**Job scope**
- Manage the attractions in Adventureplay and Waterplay
- Monitor and ensure that all SOPs and safety instructions are followed correctly.
- Supervise and monitor the attractions supervisor to ensure that all ride attendants and lifeguards adhere to SOPs and safety regulations.
- Ensure that the ride attendants and lifeguards undergo the necessary training required for their respective tasks.
- Ensure appropriate bookkeeping and documentation in accordance with company and legal requirements when required
- Assist in the recruitment, preliminary qualifying training of Supervisors, Ride Attendants and Lifeguards, monitoring their performance.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the park operations run smoothly on schedule.
- Prioritize, communicate, assign or delegate responsibilities to direct reports to, ensure that their department operates at an efficient level, producing high quality results.
- To control and maintain stocks and inventories, related to their department, responsibly to ensure their department can operate smoothly.
- To constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department by suggesting improvements wherever needed.
- To carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensuring that park service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of proven management experience.
- Experienced in leisure / travel / hotel / tourism / customer service industry
- Leadership and management skills
- Communication skills
- Strong cultural awareness
- Reporting skills
- Computer literate

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
