HR Admin Executive

Memantau aliran tunai syarikat, dan memberikan analisis mengenai keadaan kewangan syarikat.
- Berinteraksi dengan auditor dan menyediakan dokumen dan maklumat yang diperlukan untuk audit kewangan syarikat.
- Melaksanakan analisis keuntungan dan kos bagi projek-projek syarikat serta memberikan maklum balas mengenai prestasi kewangan kepada pihak pengurusan.
- Melakukan kajian dan penilaian ke atas pelaburan syarikat serta memberikan cadangan dan pandangan yang berkaitan.
- Menyediakan dan mengedarkan polisi, SOP, dan memo syarikat kepada semua pekerja, memastikan pematuhan dan pemahaman yang tepat.
- Menangani urusan berkaitan dengan perhubungan pekerja, termasuk permohonan cuti, pengurusan prestasi, dan penyelesaian masalah pekerja dengan teliti dan sensitiviti.
- Mengendali pekerja, termasuk penilaian prestasi, pengiktirafan, dan pembangunan kerjaya, untuk memastikan peningkatan prestasi individu dan kepuasan pekerja.
- Bertindak sebagai perantara dalam penyelesaian konflik di tempat kerja, menjalankan proses perundingan dan mediasi dengan tujuan memastikan keharmonian dan hubungan kerja yang sihat.
- Menguruskan hubungan dengan pihak kerajaan dan badan yang berkaitan untuk pematuhan cukai, perlesenan, dan pengurusan pentadbiran secara keseluruhan.
- Merekod, menyimpan, dan mengemaskini semua dokumen dan fail pentadbiran yang berkaitan, termasuk perjanjian kontrak, perjanjian kerjasama, dan perundangan syarikat.
- Mengendalikan pengurusan inventori dan pengurusan ruang pejabat, termasuk menyelenggara dan memastikan ketersediaan bekalan pejabat yang mencukupi serta mengatur penggunaan ruang dan peralatan pejabat dengan cekap.
- Bertanggungjawab dalam menyelenggara peralatan pejabat seperti komputer, telefon, dan peralatan elektronik lain, termasuk menguruskan perkhidmatan pembaikan dan penyelenggaraan berkala.
- Mencari peluang untuk menyumbang kepada perkembangan dan penambahbaikan pengurusan dalam memajukan syarikat.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
