Research, identify and analyze the macro market environment to ascertain the market conditions for regular strategy evaluation and adjustment. Conduct internal and external factors analysis in accordance to Porter’s Diamond Framework. Conduct quarterly strategy assessment are aligning with corporate vision, mission, and values. Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services, as well as new approaches of reaching existing prospective target clients. Advise and examine company strategies and its implementation approaches are aligning with China’s current market conditions. Foster relationship building with prospective clients and develop customized proposals and solutions for them. Identify potential strategic partners or reputable vendors for smoothening our products or services delivery to China clients. Develops, manage and strengthens internal customer team to increase lead generation and market share. Identify profitable business opportunities and widen or deepen company existing product mix if necessary. Identify critical success factors (CSFs) and develop plans for achieving the necessary key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct training and provide coaching to local business development team for strengthening their technical abilities and for deepening their understanding with China market. Attending conferences and industry event to remain updated with industry trends, technologies and expectation.
