**一般管理功能**
- 文件管理系統 - 管理、維護和更新正確的文件和報告填寫。
- 能夠找到主要供應商,在公司分配的預算範圍內進行談判,並確保他們的材料和產品符合公司的規格。
- 確保會議室和前廳區域佈置整齊、乾淨、整潔。
- 與茶女士聯絡,有效率地為任何會議準備或提供飲料。

**通訊及信函服務**
- 協助與按鍵電話系統維護相關的任務,即新電話線申請、新增分機線/號碼等。
- 負責監控所有傳入和傳出的郵件並確保郵件的及時分發
- 更新/準備每月行政值班表
- 製作專業品質的報告、簡報和簡報
- 高水準的口頭和書面溝通技巧,即備忘錄、通函
- 能夠記錄/記錄會議過程中的對話和決策。
- 能夠起草內部通函(為內部員工分發備忘錄/通知/資訊)

**其他的**
- 承擔臨時職能,例如參與公司活動(培訓計畫、講座系列、公司特別活動等)
- 透過記錄和溝通行動、違規行為和持續需求,保持工作團隊之間的連續性。
- 執行指定的與文書、行政和簡單分析相關的其他工作
- 參與前線接待、客戶服務、綜合行政等各方面工作,確保業務運作順利進行
- 管理層和部門人員不時要求的任何其他任務。

要求:
- 管理/大眾傳播學士學位
- 良好的英語和印尼語書面和口頭溝通能力
- 個性開朗
- 高度積極性和良好的團隊合作精神
- MS Office 和其他電腦輔助軟體
- 能夠獨立工作
- 成熟、守時、遵守紀律,認真對待自己的工作和責任
- 可靠,勤奮,能夠接受和執行指導
- 至少3年工作經驗和公司辦公室經驗者優先
- 精通 MS Office 應用程序,即 Word、Excel、Powerpoint 和 Outlook
