Spend Team Management

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring NON-IT Material and Services to meet the company's technological needs.
- RFPs / Tenders - issue, evaluate, negotiate, and seek approval for Goods, Services vendors for NON-IT Category (including Facility Infra/Fitout work, Technical equipment buying, facility management, HR recruitment, L&D, Marketing ATL & BTL and other professional services.).
- Contract Management
- Work with Legal and Business to draft and execute Contracts with Suppliers.
- Responsible for regular and accurate update on Procurement related MIS, while also actively sharing applicable information with stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management
- Support business and Leadership teams across geographies by understanding their business requirements & supporting sourcing strategies across multiple categories of spend, search of better deals and find profitable suppliers that add value to organization.
- Ensure policy and processes implemented across the organization comply with procurement regulations and continuous development and improvement of the Approved Policies and Procedures.
- Contribute to the management of budget and Cost Centre allocation.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using tools like Microsoft excel or data visualization software to present findings and recommendation to management.
- Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions, while also being a collaborative team player who can work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of cost management techniques, including cost analysis, cost reduction strategies and value engineering to optimize spending and achieve cost savings.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute and monitor procurement initiatives, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, resolve conflicts, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of procurement principles, practices and tools, including strategic sourcing methodologies, contract.
- Experience of working on SAP ERP system for at least 2 years with knowledge of PO creation, Master data management and report analysis.
