**Job Overview**:
As a Property Officer at FINTOS ADVICE, you will serve as the primary liaison between real estate developers and our internal teams. Your role will be pivotal in gathering data, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth coordination of information. You will be responsible for managing all documentation processes related to property units, maintaining accurate data entries, and supporting ongoing projects with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary contact for real estate developers, obtaining necessary data and resolving issues related to property management and development.
- Manage communication and coordinate information transfer between developers and FINTOS ADVICE, ensuring clarity and timely updates.
- Handle the processing of all relevant documentation related to property.
- Perform accurate and timely data entries in the FINTOS system, documenting all details related to property units.
- Maintain and update property records and databases to ensure information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports on property status, developer interactions, and any pertinent issues or updates.
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within property management operations.
- Provide support on various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Superior/Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven at least 2 years’ experience in property management, real estate administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mandarin speaker is a bonus point. (business need)
