**Position Overview**:
The Mortgage Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of Mortgage Specialists to achieve the company's mortgage lending targets, with a focus on serving collaboration agencies and partner developers. The primary objective is to drive mortgage approvals and provide guidance and mentorship to the team, aiming to achieve up to 25% approval from active prospects received.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to meet mortgage lending goals and objectives, aligned with the company's overall business plan.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the Mortgage Specialists team to achieve individual and team sales targets such as revenue target via insurance, legal fees, arrangement fees or property cash back (PCB).
- Provide guidance to team members on adhering to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during their daily sales operations.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing department OR appointed marketing company to design and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate mortgage leads and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Leadership
- Personal Recruitment Skills & Network (Ability to create a team)
- Problem Solving Skills
- Training Skills
- Financial Industry, Insurance Industry & Property Industry experience.
- At least 3 years sales managerial experience.
