**Position Overview**:
This position is responsible for recruiting and managing a team of up to 10 members, including both Permanent and Mobile Team members. The primary focus is to monitor team activities, provide mentorship, and act as a trainer to help team members grow in alignment with the company's vision and mission.
- Manage and track team daily sales activities and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure that team members achieve their performance targets as per the company's goals.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the Sales Executive team to achieve individual and team sales targets such as revenue target via insurance, legal fees, arrangement fees or property cash back (PCB).
- Provide guidance to team members on adhering to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during their daily sales operations.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing department OR appointed marketing company to design and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate mortgage leads and opportunities.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the Fintos advice solutions process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes related to bank polices to ensure the team remains knowledgeable and compliant.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs for the team.
- Work with other departments, such as advisory department, support department, credit department, operation department and loan processing department, to streamline customer experiences.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of mortgage sales data and performance metrics to senior management.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year of banking experience with at least 2 years of team leader or similar managerial experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and draw actionable insights.
- Educational background of at least SPM level, preferably with a diploma-level education.
- Fast learner with excellent proficiency in technology systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
