JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : - Responsible for handling and maintaining proper office documents records. - Liaise with service provider, local authority and financial institution. - Assist building executive and building manager on operation, administration and finance. - Generate billing, reminders and send it out to the defaulters. - Issue receipt after payment receive. - Responsible for general office administration. - Attending incoming inquiries and complaints. - Perform ad - hoc tasks as assign by the superior. REQUIRED QUALIFICAION : - SPM/ STPM / DIPLOMA/ DEGREE / ANY MALAYSIAN CERTIFICATE. - At least 2 years of experience working in building maintenance and property management. - Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia and interpersonal skills. - Computer literate. - Able to work under pressure. - Willing to travel.
