Handling Customer’s enquiries/complaints through E-mail
- Handling Customer’s enquiries/complaints through Live Chat
- To propose and develop at least 5 new FAQ topics yearly basis based on monthly CRM record and new system release if there is any.
- To improve the processes to handle enquiries related to Sales Support, Sales Education, Sales Development and Marketing (inclusive product knowledge) so that CS Team can provide
- solution/answering to IBC without forwarding the cases to the relevant departments.
- To ensure IBC termination with or without Repurchase option are processed timely and in accordance with the working procedure set.
- To process pending online order, BC registrations and event registrations through calls timely and in accordance with the working procedure set.
- For enquiries on delivery status through call, to follow up with respective parties and return call to update BC on the delivery status timely.
- To buddy and guide new CS staff with sufficient knowledge/skill to handle customer’s enquiries/complaints.
- To process and ensure product return & replacement request is handled timely and in with the working procedure set.
- To handle returned parcel from 3PL service provider and handover to respective PIC / Operation Team.

**Job Requirements**
- Min 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Normal Working Hour.
- **Fluent in English, Vietnamese.**:

- Good in MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
