To collaborate with the Head of People to take strategic approach in compensation and benefits program, overseeing performance appraisals, ensuring statutory compliance and handling salary processing.

- Administer and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular market research to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective reward strategies.
- Develop and implement appraisal systems to assess and reward individual and team performance.
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process, providing support to managers and employees.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and propose improvements.
- Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure the company's compensation and benefits practices comply with statutory requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end salary processing cycle, including payroll calculations and disbursements.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness in salary payments.
- **People Operation**_
- Work closely with department heads to address staffing needs and align with organizational goals.
- Oversee and ensure timely communication and documentation for confirmation and redesignation processes_**.**_
- Manage the promotion and internal job movement process, ensuring transparency and equity_**.**_
- Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and feedback from departing employees.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or related
- Minimum 2 years experience in people operation and administration
- Good knowledge of HR practices and employment law
- Excellent communication of English. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
