**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Plan, organize, and manage all construction projects from start to finish to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
- Monitor progress against project milestones and objectives, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Provide guidance and direction to construction workers, subcontractors, and other team members.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies with standards on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards and ensure safe working conditions for all personnel.
- Implement and enforce site-specific safety policies and procedures, and provide ongoing safety training to site personnel.
- Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with plans and specifications.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship and materials meet specified standards and contractual requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- **Client and Stakeholder Communication**:

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner, and address their concerns effectively.
- ** Resource Management**:

- Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- ** Documentation and Reporting**:

- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to project activities, including progress reports, site diaries, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates to project stakeholders and management.
- Any other duties as assigned but not limited to the above.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in construction site management or project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent paperwork & communication skills.
- Ability to read plans and specifications.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese, English as these are the language used in the construction site.
