_**RESPONSIBILITIES**_

**General**
- Perform site selection and deployment in accordance with the company's annual target.
- Ensure the site deployment process is followed and efficiently managed daily.
- Prepare Site Selection Committee (SSC) meeting presentation slides, the minutes of the meeting, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure SST site trackers are maintained diligently and with high accuracy.
- Ensure the SST Site Proposal Form (SPF) submitted by the sales team is in order with all information supplied.
- Assist in SST operational and business support and initiatives if any.
- Assist in daily settlement.
- Assist in dispute investigations, resolutions, and refunds.
- To develop a high-performance culture within the team

**Product and Market Knowledge**
- Possesses a good understanding of the SST industry based on readily available sources and online channels; keeps oneself updated on basic information and development of the SST industry.
- Compiles and collates data to build understanding and awareness of industry and product knowledge; understands and is able to connect the linkages of the broader.
- Possesses a good understanding of stakeholders based on internal sources and basic operational working experience.
- Works together with stakeholders to understand and clarify expectations (e.g. deliverable timelines, internal deadlines, quality).
- possesses good and effective working relationships with stakeholders.

**Cash Management**
- Possesses a good understanding of the organisation's cash management-related guidelines based on internal documents and basic operational working experience; handles routine operational procedures based on established SOPs (e.g. site selection process and procedure
- Handles routine processes (e.g. liaising with sales team and potential client if necessary) independently based on applicable process guidelines (e.g. SOPs, process flow
- Collates necessary information (e.g. site information, address, google map) for monitoring and tracking purposes.

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Possesses a good understanding of data analytics concepts (eg statistical techniques);extracts and maintains relevant information as per applicable internal format.
- Collates relevant information (e.g., SST transactions) to provide a forecast for transaction volume requirements; informs and escalates critical issues to managers.
- Contributes viewpoints on how to address organisational challenges (e.g. site selection process) based on data analysis; executes approved action plans that help address organisational challenges.

**Process Compliance**
- Handles routine process matters independently based on applicable process guidelines (e.g.SOPs, process flow)
- Collates necessary information to identify potential improvement opportunities (e.g. site selection process) in existing organisational processes.

**Dispute Management**
- Possesses a good understanding of organisations' dispute management guidelines based on internal documents and basic operational working experience; handles routine operational procedures based on established SOPs (e.g. liaising with disputed parties)

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
