Banking Customer Service Executive

Global Banking and Financial Investment Services Provider.
One of the largest foreign-owned bank in Malaysia with over 40 branches throughout whole country.
**Working Location**:
Office based in Kuala Lumpur at Tun Razak Exhange
- Mainly supporting English speaking calls to handle customer complaint and product enquiry
- Responsible on building up good relationship with custmer
- Providing excellent customer services
**Working Days/Hours**:
- Rotational shift basis including Weekend and Public Holiday
- **Shift Type**:Morning OR Afternoon OR Midnight
**What you must have for this role**:
- **Fresh Diploma or Degree are welcomed who has passion in customer service**:
- At least SPM holder or above
- At least 2 years of customer service experience is preferred
- **Excellent communication skills in English (Compulsory)**:
- Good phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Pleasant and confident personality
- **Possess own transport to travel is a must**
**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Language**:
- Bahasa and English (preferred)
