**Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Conduct assessments based on language proficiency to align with specific projects.
- Utilize excellent language skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English to provide top-notch customer service.
- Complete tasks related to reading traditional Chinese characters as an essential requirement.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure service excellence.
**Requirements**:
- Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and writing traditional Chinese characters is a must.
- Age below 35 years.
- Education level of SPM and above.
**Working Conditions**:
- 6 days a week, with working hours from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Physical attendance at the work location in Ara Damansara is required on a daily basis.
**Salary Structure**:
- Basic Salary: RM 2800
- KPI Bonus: RM 500
