**工作職責：**
- 透過澄清客戶的投訴來解決產品或服務問題；確定問題的原因；選擇並解釋解決問題的最佳方案；加快修正或調整；跟進以確保解決。
- 透過卓越的銷售服務和解決客戶疑問，確保高水準的客戶滿意度。
- 評估客戶的需求並提供有關產品功能的協助和資訊。
- 監控客戶的交易活動和交易。
- 提供價目表、促銷、特別獎勵和活動資訊。
- 根據SOP處理銷售報價和訂單，對合規性以及資訊的準確性和及時性抱有很高的期望。
- 從指定市場執行訂單處理相關職責，例如驗證訂單以確保資料準確性和服務等級要求。
- 與其他職能團隊合作，確保訂單出貨安排順利，確保無付款風險。
- 遵循並實現部門的銷售目標。

**工作要求：**
- 候選人必須至少擁有 SPM/UEC 或同等學歷。
- 所需語言：精通普通話和英語（口語和書面）。
- 客戶服務領域相關工作經驗
- 鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
- 願意在週末、公共假期和輪班（偶爾）工作。
- 優秀的人際溝通、書面和口頭溝通能力。
