**LOCATION**:

- Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station)
- FREE shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule.

**JOB SCOPE**:

- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Answer a high volume of inquiries and meet designated service level thresholds determined by the Company.
- Provide information on our products and service; demonstrate our commitment to Customer Service.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize workload.
- Be customer-oriented and understand the value of offering excellent service to exceed customers' expectations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Customer Service and online chat
- Averagely 80% voice, chat 15%, and outbound 5%
- Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills / PC skills and Internet.
- Must be fluent in English language and Mandarin including Spelling and Grammar.
- Able to speak in Mandarin.
- Basic math skills.
- Minimum SPM.

**SALARY PACKAGE**:

- Salary: Up to RM 3,950 per month (Include Alloawance)

**OFFICE HOURS**:

- 24/7, rotational shift
- 5 working days + 2 days off (depending on shifts)
- 9 hours working a day (inclusive 1 hour a break)

**工作范围**：
- 在快节奏、高容量环境中高效工作的能力。
- 回答大量查询并满足公司确定的指定服务级别阈值。
- 提供有关我们产品和服务的信息;展示我们对客户服务的承诺。
- 必须能够组织工作并确定工作的优先

**条件**：
- 客户服务和在线聊天
- 回复电子邮件、社交媒体
- 平均 80% 的语音、15% 的聊天和 5% 的呼出
- 必须具备出色的口头和书面沟通技巧/电脑技能和互联网。
- 必须能流利的英语和普通话，包括拼写和语法。
- 能说中文
- 基本的数学技能。
- 最低 SPM。

**薪资**：

薪水：每月高达 RM 3,950（包括 津贴）

**办公时间**：
- 24/7，轮班
- 5 个工作日 + 2 天休息（视班次而定）
- 每天工作 9 小时（包括 1 小时休息时间）

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
