Customer Service Representative

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia HISEVEN SDN. BHD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Promptly engage with live customers, accurately understand their needs, match them with relevant internet products offered by the company, filter out invalid customer leads, and enter relevant information for valid customers.
- Allocate and guide sales personnel to connect with customers.
- Provide answers to common customer questions about the company's products.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
- Ability to quickly learn and familiarize oneself with the company's SaaS internet products, understand and differentiate customer needs.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsible work approach.
- Experience in online customer service, blockchain, internet marketing, or related fields is preferred.

**Employment Benefits**:

- Two days off per week, work from home, 8-hour shifts with the possibility of night shifts.

2、及时对接,准确理解客户需求,匹配公司相关互联网产品与客户需求,筛选掉无效客户线索,录入有效客户相关信息

3、分配引导销售人员对接客户

4、解答客户关于公司产品的相关常见问题

**任职要求**

1、熟练的中英双语读写能力

2、能快速学习并上手公司SaaS互联网产品,理解并分辨客户需求

3、工作严谨、细心、负责

4、有线上客服、区块链、互联网营销等相关经验者优先

**工作待遇**

1、社保、公积金、夜班津贴、保险

2、居家工作 ( 早班在KL公司,夜班在家 )

3、在对接客户时无需进行电话通话

4、双休、居家、8小时轮班,需要夜班值班

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
