**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Cost Analysis and Reporting**
- Collect and analyze cost data related to manufacturing processes, materials, labor, overheads, and other expenses.
- Prepare accurate and timely cost reports, including cost of goods sold (COGS), cost variances, and cost projections.
- Identify and investigate cost drivers and recommend cost-saving strategies.

**Product Costing**
- Calculate and maintain standard costs for manufactured products, considering factors like raw materials, labor, equipment usage, and overheads.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to determine accurate product costs and evaluate cost implications for new product development.

**Cost Estimation and Budgeting**
- Assist in developing cost estimates for new manufacturing projects, including capital investments, production capacity, and operational costs.
- Participate in the budgeting process, providing cost projections, forecasts, and cost control measures to ensure financial targets are met Prepare detailed reports on daily sales activity for both online and offline platforms and other required reports.

**Inventory Management**
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and proper valuation.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to minimize inventory holding costs and obsolescence.

**Cost Control & Process Improvement**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost reduction opportunities and implement cost control measures.
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize costs.

**Compliance & Audit**
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, regulations, and internal controls related to cost accounting and reporting.
- Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations regarding cost-related matters.

**CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or other related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Costing/ Procurement. Manufacturing or Production environment are added advantages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify cost drivers.
- Proficiency in cost accounting methods, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
