Payroll Accounts Clerk

1. Responsible for executing accounting tasks to ensure that the transactions in accounts payable, accounts receivables as well as general accounting are performed on time and accurately.
2. Perform data entry of accounting transactions into the finance system as per instruction or standard operating procedures.
3. Prepare Company accounts for yearly audit.
4. Prepare/review invoices to clients.
5. Keep track and ensure proper recording of accounting transactions and Bank Reconciliation.
6. Responsible for the execution of HR functions related to monthly payroll and day-to-day HR administration work.
7. Perform any other ad hoc tasks as may be reasonably required.
**Requirements**:
At least 2 years’ working experience in both Accounting, Human Resource or related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR best practices.
Working knowledge of Employment Act and all HR statutory knowledge in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in using SQL Accounting Software.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
