**Responsibility**
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries through inbound/outbound calls or messages in a timely manner
- Identifying customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- Complete calls/message logs and reports
- Monitor abnormality activity of vending machine through real time CCTV clips
- Report abnormality vending machine activity to response team / operation team
- Any other duties as deemed necessary

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Mass Communications, Others or equivalent
- Able to work on* _Rotational Shift, Public Holiday and Weekend_*
- Experience in _**24 hours customer service**_ team will be added advantage
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Applicants must be willing to work in **_Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam_**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
