**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:

- Proactively manage daily HR and administrative activities of the company.
- Ensure compliance with HR Policies & Procedures.
- Handle local HR management.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:

- Compliance with HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
- Update foreign worker listing and ensure all worker working in Loscam has valid work permit.
- Managing and process foreign worker payroll
- Assist operation if there is labour issue on foreign worker.
- Manage other foreign workers related matter.
- Manage and monitor attendance and annual leave records for foreign worker.
- Perform counselling to foreign worker if required.
- Compliance with Immigration and labour rule and regulation.
- Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office.
- Conduct and coordinate training for foreign workers’ development.
- Conduct procurement of stationery for staff and meetings/workshops and assets of the office.
- Update the filling system and manage filing the office documents for both hard and electronic copies.
- Coordinate for company’s events & conferences.
- Coordinate with OH&S Team on training matter.
- Participate in organizing healthy activities for employees.
- Conduct regular spot check on workers’ rest area and hostel to ensure healthy living standard to reduce MC.
- Coordinate and sourcing for employee development and training materials.
- Build a good relationship with local government bodies and authorities.
- Support Regional HR for any reports or information required.
- Monitoring and checking of time attendance for all employees on weekly basis
- Participate in conducting briefing with Operation for all workers
- Other additional adhoc assignment from management.

**_PERFORMANCE MEASURES:_**
- Ensure that the team and self-meet agreed performance measures on a regular basis.
- Deliver accurate result within timeline
- Lead and motivate employees to work efficiently to the company
- Setting the HR strategies and direction across the country
- Training participation according to labour law

**_POSITION REQUIREMENTS:_**
- University degree in administration, HR management or other relevant disciplines
- At least 2-4 years of work experience as Human Resources Officer.
- Good knowledge on managing foreign worker’s welfare.
- General knowledge of HR practices.
- Good managerial skills and able to work well under pressure.
- Proactive and results oriented.
- Computer literate (MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet)
- Fluency command of English language (oral and written)
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Quick thinking, positive attitude, hardworking, flexible and responsible.
- Extensive experience in providing executive support and assistance at all levels.
- Able to work independently with mínimal direction and collaboratively in a team

environment

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
