**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to the HR Team in recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, employee contract, and exit process
- Input, update and maintain HR database while ensuring data accuracy
- Prepare data or information for payroll processing in a timely manner and assist with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
- Support HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars
- Write and submit reports on general HR activities
- Assist in HR events and meetings and coordinate management-employee communications
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
**Requirements**:
- Must possess at least a Degree in HR/ Admin or other related disciplines
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- A valuable team player and able to work independently
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
**Salary**: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
