The job requires you to:

- Co-manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required
- Perform all procedures accurately, including following documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes
- Assist in support of the customer success team.
- Assist in delivering client onboarding support through Zoom meetings when required.
- Any other tasks that are related to Customer Support & Engagement efforts as assigned by the team.

**Job Requirement**

We are looking for someone who is:

- Preferably students who are pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology, Innovation / Business / Entrepreneurship / Business Administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin & English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both written and oral, especially in English & Mandarin
