Job Responsibilities:
- Aggressively source and book new loans for the bank;- Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales via marketing visits, telemarketing, launches, roadshows and any other sales activities to achieve sales targets;- Complete action of all leads assigned via LMS and strive to deliver high conversion rate of these leads to sales;- Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance;- Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer;- Attend road shows and/or any branch/off-site activities when required;- To actively promote Unsecured Personal Loan products;- Cross selling other banking products as and when opportunity arises to increase customers’ stickiness with HLB;- Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling;- Ensure bank’s interest is protected at all times;- Comply with bank’s relevant internal policies, SOPs, sales compliance and statutory requirement in relation FSA, KYC, AMLA and all relevant internal policies & procedures and sales compliance;- To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.
Job Requirements:- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Fresh graduated are encourage to apply
