**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts. Preparation and timely submission of tenders for Portal Rasmi e-Perolehan Kerajaan Malaysia and others private companies
- Compile and maintain the tender working files, brochures, write-up and related correspondence documents in timely manner to ensure up-to-date of the tender information for effective tendering / bids.
- Manage the tender documentation, draft the letter and engage with the government/majlis agency for the tendering process
- Prepare, compile, and perform the first level of vetting for incoming tender documents to ensure tender documents are of acceptable quality and meet the requirements stipulated in the procurement policies and operational procedures.
- Daily checks on the new announcements for projects/tenders at e-Perolehan website.
- Handling of the tender submission from start to end.
- Analyses and review the tender / contract requirements, obligations, provisions, terms and conditions to ensure the compliance of the business to the relevant laws, regulations, corporate policies and business unit's procedures at all times.
- Monitor the expiry of tender / contract in order to alert the business unit to confront the client promptly in ensuring the sustainability of the business tenders.
- Work closely with management in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercially viable tenders and contracts.
- Other related responsibilities & ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
- Attend tender meetings and briefings when needed.
- Willing to stayback and finish up tender submission in date given.

**Skill / Knowledge & Certification**:
Education Level
- Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Business Administration or equivalent.

Working Experience

Special Skill/knowledge
- Good command of written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure database system administration is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and good working attitude.
- Committed, mature, and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work additional hours when necessary.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
