**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum **SPM** or **STPM,** **Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources **or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the administrative field.
- Excellent written and communication skills in **English and Bahasa Malaysia**.
- Able to start immediately.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Maintain and perform a variety of daily administrative duties in order to ensure smooth running of Company business.
- Prepare correspondences as and when required.
- Record and keep track of all incoming and outgoing correspondence information.
- Check Online Security Services Tender from time to time.
- Prepare and submit Tender offline and via e-Perolehan system as and when required by the Company.
- To renew Company licenses.
- Assist with some HR functions such as salary calculation, pay slip preparation and attendance checking.
- Coordinate and assist with other sections of department as necessary to support smooth running of operation.
- Perform any other duties as management may require from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
