Responsibilities:
- Handle bookings, inquiries and complaint on shipment consignment (airfreight, seafreight, trucking)
- Responsible for the proper and smooth handling of individually assigned customer’s shipment.
- Ensure correct data key in and documentation
- To notify and pre-alert the shipment arrangement
Requirement:
- Diploma holder and above, in any disciplines
- Minimum 2 year experience in the similar capacity will be advantage added.
- Proficient both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
