HR Executive

Responsible for general HR operations such as HR policies, procedures and programs.
- Responsible for new hire orientation, including completion of all necessary new hire paperwork and arrangement of induction within probation period.
- Monitors employees’ performance appraisal, disciplinary, termination and other processes for compliance with legal and company policies
- Managing employee’s database and staff movement including preparation of all HR letters.
- Identify training and development needs within the organization through training needs, analysis to identify the potential gaps.
- Plan and organize training programs to cater for training needs such as administer and coordinate for various in-house training or external programs.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as employee recognition events, festive parties, sports/family day and annual dinner.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
**; Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources with at least 2 years operational HR experience.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for people and engagement.
- Proactive and resourceful, very hands-on and meticulous.
- Independent, mature and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Well-versed in MS Office (Excel, Words, Power Point, etc.).
- Knowledge of Employment Act, local practices and employment requirements.
