Assist in all aspects of human resources functions such as manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation, benefit, leave & salary.
- To oversee and monitor general office administration matters
- Conduct performance management and provide feedback
- Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
- Execute best practices in managing human resources system
- Initiate and maintain strong HR IT system
- Set up and update employee handbook and company policies on a regular basis.
- Prepare Job Description, KPI and KPI monitoring plans for respective positions.
- Others assignment as and when required by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Education & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in HR or related fields.
- 2+ years working experience in related roles.
- Disciplined/Resourceful/able to work in within deadlines
- Able to work independently, aggressive and self-starter
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word/Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/payroll system
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Forward thinking and independent
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

COVID-19 considerations:

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
