Sales Operations Intern

This is going to be an all-inclusive internship experience for anyone looking to learn how to be a delegate to aid Hiredly's clients and jobseekers and get their first-hand experience in learning how to create data-driven sales processes.
Hiredly (Formerly WOBB) is a genuine disrupter within the HR and Tech space and we are the leading hybrid recruitment platform for junior to mid-management talent. Consisting of both a job portal and a headhunting recruitment solution, it’s the easiest place for professional job seekers and employers to connect with each other.
You will be the face of the company for both our clients and jobseekers. The most important thing you will learn on the job is the ability to create solutions for anyone based on limited information. The Sales Operations team works especially close with the sales team, where you will need to support them with various tools with a focus on levelling-up the overall sales process.; Requirements: - Responsibilities
- You will need to analyse and understand client and jobseeker problems and then propose reasonable solutions.
- Be friendly and always aim to deliver awesome support to customer inquiries over our live chat.
- Learn to design data reporting and perform data analysis for client renewals
**Requirements**:
- Being able to communicate well is KEY
- You have to be self-motivated and possess the ability to work productively under mínimal supervision.
