Restaurant Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers.
- Train new employees and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
- Perform administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, sales reporting, and staff performance evaluations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years experience as a restaurant supervisor and restaurant management.
- Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer software for inventory management and scheduling.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
