**Star Connections**: Build meaningful connections with our members, understanding their fitness dreams, and providing support.

**Front Desk Stardom**: Be the welcoming face of our brand, greeting members with warmth and enthusiasm while ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs.

**Problem-Solving Pro**: Handle member/potential members inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy, going the extra mile to exceed their expectations.

**Class Booking**: Manage class bookings, help members register for classes, and ensure they have a star-quality experience.

**Membership retention**: Proactively engage with members whose memberships are up for renewal or wanted to leave us by offering them celestial incentives and solutions to keep them shining with us.

**Admin duty**: Handle administrative tasks like a pro, including data entry, keeping membership records up-to-date, and maintaining a front desk area that sparkles.

**Feedback Shooting Star**: Actively seek feedback and suggestions from our members to help us continuously improve our services and facilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
