**About the Role**

We are looking for a passionate and articulate Vietnamese speaker to join our growing Social Media Chat Support team As a Social Media Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our customers on social media platforms, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the voice of our brand on social media, building positive relationships and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on various social media platforms in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Research and troubleshoot customer issues to provide accurate and helpful solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image on social media.
- Identify trends and sentiment within social media conversations and report them to the relevant teams.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Qualifications**
- Native Vietnamese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or social media support.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and etiquette.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A positive and professional attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Bonus Points**
- Experience with specific social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Knowledge of our company's products or services.

Bạn sẽ là tiếng nói của thương hiệu của chúng tôi trên mạng xã hội, xây dựng mối quan hệ tích cực và đảm bảo trải nghiệm khách hàng suôn sẻ.

**Trách nhiệm**
- Trả lời các câu hỏi, bình luận và tin nhắn của khách hàng trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội khác nhau một cách chuyên nghiệp, lịch sự và kịp thời.
- Nghiên cứu và khắc phục sự cố của khách hàng để cung cấp các giải pháp chính xác và hữu ích.
- Nâng cao các vấn đề phức tạp lên nhóm thích hợp khi cần thiết.
- Duy trì hình ảnh thương hiệu tích cực và chuyên nghiệp trên mạng xã hội.
- Xác định các xu hướng và cảm xúc trong các cuộc trò chuyện trên mạng xã hội và báo cáo cho các nhóm liên quan.
- Cập nhật thông tin về các sản phẩm, dịch vụ và chương trình khuyến mãi của công ty để giải quyết hiệu quả các yêu cầu của khách hàng.
- Góp phần vào một môi trường làm việc tích cực và hợp tác.

**Bằng cấp**
- Người nói tiếng Việt bản địa với kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng văn bản và lời nói xuất sắc.
- Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực chăm sóc khách hàng hoặc hỗ trợ truyền thông xã hội.
- Hiểu biết sâu sắc về các nền tảng và quy tắc cư xử trên mạng xã hội.
- Khả năng đa nhiệm và ưu tiên trong môi trường năng động.
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và phân tích tuyệt vời.
- Thái độ tích cực và chuyên nghiệp, cam kết cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng tuyệt vời.
- Thành thạo Bộ công cụ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
