HR / Administration Executive

Responsible for a full spectrum of HR and admin functions which included payroll, administration, training and development, and other HR-related support.
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
- Engage in the full cycle of the training process, such as mapping out annual training plans, designing and developing training materials, evaluating training programs, etc.
- Monthly reporting on training-related information, which includes the reporting of employee accreditation numbers.
- Consolidate and prepare monthly HR Report for management review.
- Handling and dealing with employee’s related issues such as disciplinary process, misconduct investigation and grievances process.
- Assist in foreign worker related matters.
- To update and maintain accurate personnel report and proper filing system.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by Superior.
**; Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of working experience in the HR or related field is required for this position.
- Able to work under pressure and perform independently with minimum supervision.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an additional advantage.
- A good team player with good planning, organizing, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge in Malaysian Labor Laws and well verse with the current HR practices
- Experience in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
