Business Development Manager

The incumbent should possess good interpersonal relationship with his/her customer (internal & externals) and act as a bridge between various internal company departments. He/she should have detailed monthly visitation and planned activities which spread throughout his/her region and meeting / exceeding customers’ expectations at all times.
- To assist Regional Head to achieve the agreed Regional Advisory target_
- Attending_ to all/any enquiries regarding proposal/certificate enquiry status for Advisory central region (KL) including Credit and Sakinah Schedule_ visitations to branches in Central region (KL)._
- Work closely with operational and support teams to ensure maximum value is derived from all promotional and incentive activities._
- To act as a bridge between BSN’s and internal department PICs in ensuring 100% implementation of agreed marketing strategies and prudent management._
- To_ ensure full participation of Takaful activities at regional and state levels with involvement from all related parties (BSN’s HWMS, branch front liners (BSN tellers) and sales team)._
- To assist Regional Head in managing strong relationships with BSN PICs and specialists with zero complaints on service quality and delivery._ _Responsible for any credit/advisory products presentation and awareness activities_
