Human Resource Executive

**Recruitment and Staffing**:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Conduct job offers and onboarding processes.
**Employee Relations**:
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution.
**Training and Development**:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness.
**Performance Management**:
- Implement performance appraisal processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and improvement plans.
- Track and analyze performance metrics.
**Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
**Benefits Administration**:
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with benefit providers and vendors.
**HR Policies and Procedures**:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate policies to employees and ensure compliance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (some positions may require a Master's degree or HR certification).
- Proven experience in HR roles, with knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
