Learning and Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the delivery of learning programs by sourcing, promoting, administering, and evaluating training programs and other initiatives.
- Assist in conducting training needs analysis to determine the client’s development needs.
- Ensure learning programs are advertised on a timely manner and manage the training enrolment activities in an efficient and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate training records and databases to meet compliance requirements or to produce relevant training reports as and when required.
- To coordinate, organise, plan & communicate with clients and attendees to ensure delivery of learning programs are met.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Other added advantage skills**: Designing poster, editing video, and copywriter contents
- Customer-oriented and friendly.
- Willingness to learn new things and grow as a team.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
