Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ACE Language Centre Full time

Handling full set accounts
- Manage and coordinate for annual audits and tax return filings (GST and VAT).
- Establishing and reconciling all companies operating bank accounts.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasting, budgeting and statutory reports.
- Manage timely monthly closing process and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Oversee, review & implement an effective system of internal control procedures and reporting.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
- Search on the government grant for SME.
- Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Human Resources
- In Charge of recruitment
- Update and maintain employee records
- Leave administration and tracking
- Update insurance coverage for employees.
- Provide general administrative support
- Performance management review.

Job Requirements:

- Must speak, write, and fully understand both English and Malay.
- A Diploma or degree in human resources, accountancy, finance or economics.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities successfully.
- Experience in working in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
