**O**bjecti**v**es of t**h**e **P**osi**t**ion**
- Support the Compensation & Benefits team in administering employee compensation and benefits tasks, while delivering service and support for employee inquiries related to Compensation & Benefits, ensuring high levels of responsiveness and satisfaction.

**M**ain** Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities**

**Operational Excellence**
- Maintains and updates C&B related knowledge management documents and articles on all knowledge sharing platform for onboarding purpose and employee reference (for eg; onboarding deck).
- Responsible for selected recurring C&B operational activities such as insurance employee movement reports, invoice processing.
- Supports Experts in drafting communications for Employees and Manager for implementation of Compensation & Benefit programs.
- Maintains and updates C&B related knowledge management documents and articles on all knowledge sharing platform for onboarding purpose and employee reference (for eg: HR4U).
- Supports Experts for any system testing and UAT support (e.g. ServiceNow).
- Manages job family matching and submits data for Compensation surveys (e.g., Mercer).
- Reviews any compensation and performance data upload for salary reviews cycles.
**Service Engagement**
- Daily monitoring of inquiry management for Compensation & Benefits enquiries to ensure high level of responsiveness on ticketing system.
- Provide Compensation & Benefits inquiry support to employees via HR4U / CRM.
- Play an active role in supporting the Specialists and Expert in managing requests from Country HR and Regional HR Business Partner.

**Team Collaboration**
- Works autonomously within established procedures and practices; seeks guidance in the more complex aspects of the process.
- Supports Experts for any ad hoc requests.

**Job Requirements**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications: Degree with HR focus as a bonus.
- With 1 year of related HR working experiences in strategic Compensation & Benefits and experience in operational C&B area as well.
- Experience in relevant country statutory preferred
- Working knowledge around Rewards programs and system.
