**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) GENERALIST**

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Generalist who will contribute to the growth of our people in the Sinma Group, both in the retail and e-commerce divisions. You will work closely with the leadership team of Sinma Group to strategize and implement policies that encompass HR and people related matters.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

HR Generalist
- **Sourcing and Hiring**
- **Policy and Benefits**
- Reviewing, evaluating, understanding, proposing and implementing Employee Policy and Benefits accord to the needs of the Company
- **Performance Management**
- KPI Management and Evaluation, Managing PIP, Working with Managers and Management on periodic review of Employee Performance
- **Culture**
- Working with the Management to implement and align on Culture and governance
- **Legal matters related to HR**
- Managing documentation, contracts and systems
- **Training and Development**
- Understand the training needs of employees of various positions throughout the organization, proposing and coordinating training and development programs, including programs under the government-mandated HRDF

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Flexibility is key to navigate around the HR challenges of the Company
- You should be a good communicator and coordinator when it comes to stakeholder management
- Multitasking is key as there will be multiple aspects of HR to be managed simultaneously
- Empathy and compassion is key to understand HR related issues and propose solutions for the betterment of the Company and it’s workforce
- High capacity to handle workload, pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexible and agile mindset to handle quick turnaround within the e-commerce industry
- Strong collaboration & ability to influence key stakeholders
- Ability to meet strict deadlines is essential
- Strong attention to detail and organized

**Preferred Experience**
- HR, Business or related degree from an accredited College or University
- Preferably 5-7 years’ HR-related experience in a multi-faceted organization with a proven track record of managing HR related matters
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Aptitude in problem solving
- Good knowledge of the HR and Labour Laws of Malaysia, including the processes and channels for recourse
- Good knowledge of MS Office. Familiarity of other HR-related software would be advantageous but not compulsory
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
