Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:
- To provide all rounded business support to the daily operations of the company.
- To follow up various business progress
- To organise and schedule appointments
- Responsible for director’s personal and business matters
- To maintain proper filing and retrieval system in relations to company documents including contracts, report, correspondences, memo, minutes of meeting etc.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by Director.
- Collaborate with local media and other parties, and manage company’s PR and media relations.
- Manage, prepare and update PR related reports and publications, press releases, brochures, videos, social media posts, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Energetic, mature, able to handle multi-task, independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Service oriented with written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Secretary/Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Must be computer literate
- Willing to work at Meru, Klang
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
