Personal Assistant

To handle all personal matters related to the Director including running errands when required.
- Coordination with directors' driver as and when required by the director.
- To manage all secretarial and confidential matters of the Director
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the director including booking or meeting room.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Handle all aspects of PA & secretarial functions
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation of the director
- Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
- Prepare proposal, letters, and document for the director
- Any ad-hoc task given from time to time
- Ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Required language(s): English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office (Word/Excel and Power Point),
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, organization and efficient time management skill
- English, Mandarin 精通英语及华语 (For better communication with Mandarin and English speaking customer)
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Saturday (8:30AM to 5:30PM)
- Overtime
- Travel Allowance (if needed)

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
