DESKRIPSI TUGAS 1. Mengendalikan Proses Pengambilan Pekerja Bertanggungjawab untuk menyokong proses pengambilan pekerja baru, termasuk membuat iklan jawatan, menapis permohonan, menjadualkan temu duga, dan mengendalikan proses penilaian calon. 2. Pengurusan Dokumen dan Rekod Pekerja Menguruskan rekod pekerja, termasuk dokumen perjanjian, maklumat peribadi, data gaji, dan maklumat berkaitan. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap undang-undang privasi dan peraturan perniagaan. 3. Pengurusan Latihan dan Pembangunan Menyokong dalam mengenal pasti keperluan latihan pekerja, merancang program latihan, dan menguruskan pendaftaran serta pelaksanaan latihan. Membantu dalam pembangunan profesional pekerja. 4. Pengurusan Faedah dan Gaji Memastikan kelancaran proses pembayaran gaji, elaun, dan faedah-faedah lain kepada pekerja. Menjawab pertanyaan pekerja berkenaan gaji dan faedah. 5. Penyelesaian Isu dan Konflik Menyokong dalam menangani isu-isu perhubungan pekerja, termasuk konflik, aduan, dan masalah disiplin. Membantu dalam mencari penyelesaian yang adil dan patuh peraturan. 6. Mengendalikan Perkhidmatan Pekerja Menyokong perkhidmatan dan keperluan pekerja seperti cuti, perubahan pekerjaan, dan keperluan peribadi yang berkaitan dengan urusan pekerjaan. 7. Mengendalikan Prestasi Pekerja Membantu dalam pelaksanaan proses penilaian prestasi pekerja. Menyokong dalam mengenal pasti prestasi pekerja, menetapkan sasaran prestasi, dan memberikan maklum balas serta pengiktirafan. KELAYAKAN: 1.Berumur 18 tahun sehingga 25 tahun 2. Mempunyai diploma dan ke atas dalam bidang Sumber Manusia, Mass Communication atau Law. 3.Graduan baru (fresh graduate) digalakkan untuk memohon. KELEBIHAN BEKERJA DI FEODORA MARKETING SDN BHD: 1.
