* Min 2-5 Years experiences in Customer Service role.
- Experieance in a medical or veterinary establishment is advantageous
- Ability to assist front desk officer on client registration, billing, enquires and etc.
- Maintain client data accurately and consistently

*Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one & small group situations to clients

*Ability to convey messages accurately, clearly and on time with proper timely follow-up

*Ability to attend to customer needs/inquiries, complaints and resolve grievances

*Able to work on rotation basis

*Must have good customer service skills and handle customer/client in any situation

*Fluent English, Bahasa & Chinese (would be an added advantage )

*Computer literate

*Loves Pets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
