Our resort based at Pantai Remis Jeram, The Kabin. (1st Hotel Container)
Looking for Operation Cum Front Desk
- Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
- Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.)
- Working closely with Housekeeping Department Team, assisting Housekeeping team during peak season.
- Any Ad Hoc Task related to operation given from Resort Manager
**Requirements**:
- Posses at least minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- Experience in any position in hospitality industry at least 1 year.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to communicate in English, in both written and oral.
- Friendly, customer-centric, sales oriented attitude
- Able to multitask and work in a team environment
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
