Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Front Office Manager to join our team at COBNB SDN. BHD.

About the Position

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, managing guest concerns, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Lead and supervise the front office team, overseeing front desk operations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to optimize staff utilization during peak and off-peak periods.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent certificates or experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • Flexibility to work on public holidays and shift rotations when required.
