**Who are we looking for**:
We are looking for a dynamic and tech savvy Business Development Director. You think digital first and have deep experiences in software products. You are an expert in the sales process and strategy of enterprise B2B SaaS companies and have deep knowledge of CAC/CLV/MRR/ARR. Most importantly, you have a proven track record in achieving individual revenue targets. You should feel comfortable and aspire to be a hunter NOT a farmer.

**What will you be doing**:
To succeed in this role you will need to be an independent self-starter. You will be in charge of all commercial and contract negotiations as well as establishing and managing channel partners. You must be comfortable in doing product demonstrations and presenting to large audiences. You must be an expert in preparing written proposals and doing up presentations to win the deals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with our clients, proposing innovative solutions to improve their operations and empower data-driven management decisions through strategic use of technology
- Take charge of client acquisition and create new business opportunities to maintain the company’s relevance and competitive edge
- Further Hubble’s growth by exploring potential prospects, pursuing new leads, and taking charge of deal-making, repeat-sales and partnerships
- Conduct market share analysis to develop revenue growth strategies
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client pain points and communicate user requirements to improve our product offerings
- Contribute to defining and establishing Hubble as a leading regional company
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key partners and executive sponsors
- Develop and establish key channel partners in target areas.
- Managing and growing key customer accounts, and coordinating the management of all other accounts.

**What we need from you**:

- Bachelor's degree with good academic results preferred
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales and have demonstrated ability to navigate complex multiple stakeholder deal environment
- Independent, focused and driven
- Ability to generate leads and identify strategic areas for growth
- Excellent at developing proposals and presentation slides
- Expertise in CRM such as Hubspot
- Existing relationships with channel partners in Malaysia and can quickly scale up our channel distribution networks will be a bonus
