Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with Whatsapp inquiries
- Taking minutes
- Diary management and arranging appointments
- Data entry in system (sales figures, Appoiment & Data base etc.)
- General office management
- Organising travelling and accommodation staff
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Maintaining the company social media accounts
- Providing administration support to Senior Management
- Update the filling system and manage filing the office documents for both hard and electronic copies
- Perform any others duties as and when required by the management

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum academic requirement: SPM, Diploma
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Have skills and knowledge of computer software such as Office, Word, Excel and etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
